We start the process with our famous Muddy Puddle Teacher training, alongside this we provide mentorship for 1 year via zoom meetings and 24/7 live chat support. Then to top it all off staff have access to 700+ time-saving, innovative resources.

Options for Small Teams
This option is for those educators who work in small schools or key stages that want to train together. For staff teams under 15 members.
For small teams the most cost effective option is online training. This would include full access to the sites CPD Accredited courses and MPT Training from Levels 1 – 5 (Includes coordinators course for 1 year) & all of the 700+ innovative resources.

Options for Medium & Large Teams
This option is for schools & nurseries that have staff over 15 and under 30
Face to face training would have the most impact on larer groups and the most cost effective. A consultant would spend a full day at your setting, school or trust and train your staff on the MPT approach Levels 1-4. Your team would then recieve 1 year mentorship wiith your allocated consultant. This perfct package includes three 1- hour Zoom one-to-one sessions or staff training/Q&A. Plus 1 years access to all of the 700+ time-saving resources, lesson plans and innovative ideas packs.

Options for Clusters & Trusts
This option is for clusters and trusts that want a combined effort to work towards developing their outdoor learning. Sizes and possibilities can be discussed.
This is typically done via face to face training. Some trusts have trained key individuals up who have fed back back the training to their colleagues, others have had us in over a a few days. Please contact us and we will discuss your needs, your vision and how we can best get you there. Includes 1 years mentorship and access to all of our 700+ downloadable resources.
