We will experience:

  • A chance to get messy and have fun with mud. 
  • To recognise our feelings and how to calm our emotions. 
  • To think of simple ways to keep our hands busy but our minds rested. 

The activities involved are: 

  • Messy Play
  • Speaking and Listening
  • Expressing emotions and socialisation
